Not able to get a Book

Getting ready to go to orange county and Anne Arundel County so I will be flying tomorrow/
Really glad that I have Amazon prime I could not imagine hallway everything from here down to orange county for the various cave prizes
My cat just jumped on my lap yesterday or last night she wanted how to open the door to wake me up to let me know that she knew how to open the door

Cloudy with a chance of Wednesday

So the greatest blog is doing its second audio entry
Walk to Starbucks and read a bit of the story Dr.: Mr. note not the millwork song Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is that even story that I read Herda I got this list of classic stories/box then a really short and therefore they are no excuses why someone should not read them I downloaded a few of the books from Amazon and took my Kindle had a couple coffee and then came back not really that exciting talk to one of the other patrons about my whole you can't pick a team after age 12
Did not run today do not want to have tired legs when I go to orange county in addition I rescheduled the blood donation for January because typically I feel rundown after donating blood and I do not want to be run down when I am traveling for 10 days between Orange county and Maryland

Run and Headphones

No in the end of the year I will be on for flights and that means three days of traveling which is kind of a pain in the butt and one of the things were the many things about flying that annoys me is. And go so I treated myself to a set of noise noise canceling headphones at the Costco in South San Francisco and prior to that I waited for a 6 mile run along the path the Baypath is near Genentech and I were pretty good pesos really happy with it I ran about a 42 pace hopefully will be a will to keep up when I go down to orange county and then I went to the spin class at crunch at the Serramonte mall in daily city the heart rate monitor makes a use different about the level of effort that I put forth in class I really wish that I had that prior.
This morning I saw the doodle in the complex and was thinking about how dogs are so good at reading people more so that other people and other animals and you can't get a more enthusiastic reading then from a dog. 
My cat Asha just jumped on my lap as I was going on about how good of agreement dogs give my cat is pretty affectionate.
Among the legs of the trip that I think are most likely to be bumped is when I travel from orange county to Denver hopefully I will be a will to get bumped onto a direct flight from LAX to Dulles and I could sit there with my noise canceling headphones and ignore everyone hopefully I will be able to sit in Poriance first class and have a nice relaxing flight among all the legs of the trip
Brought the bones from eating chicken wings at Chevys last night for the science project and I remembered why I do not eat chicken wings anymore cause they were kind of gross and I do like chicken but not with all that yucky sauce
The selection of beer at Chevys was also kind underwhelming and I'm not huge margarita fan
We ended up getting frozen yogurt at the place and Sarah Monty and they do not have self-serve sample cups when I open my own frozen yogurt place there will be no samples ever will have to know what you want for dinner

Cosmo

This is one of those days, that if I was'nt sad/bummed, I would not be human. 
Even when something is well expected, it still is hard. 

Makes me think back when Noel passed when I was a senior in High School or that week in 2009.

To say that Cosmo was a great dog is an understatement. 
Since 1998, whenever I would visit my family, I would hang out with Cosmo. 
Remember driving around Southern Anne Arundel County in my Mom's Toyota and having him jump into the back window. Not amazingly intelligent. 

He would work in cahoots with George as the cat would knock over muffins so Cosmo could eat them. I really wish someone tapped this.

We all remember the incident with the egg plant on Christmas day. 

He knew where Grandma's house was and how to find the children, the computer room and of course the recliners. He also knew to knock over the container of food labeled Cosmo. He knew that treats were on top of the fridge. 

Makes me think about/miss my Mom. Remember when Cosmo would help her up. Cosmo wore a tie when visiting her at the harbor. 

This is why I would never read/watch most things about dogs because of the sad ending. 
Count myself lucky to have met Cosmo. 

Do not really believe in an afterlife, but if there is one, I hope I end up in doggie heaven. I imagine they have most food choices available at food level.

Cold...

It is actually quite cold in the Bay Area. Not Wisconsin cold but pretty damn cold for here. 
Had a really good run around Skyline college. Remembered when I tried to get back into running and I tripped over a rope. Did not seem that smooth. 
Was close to 8:30 per mile. 
Got a heart rate monitor as a Christmas cave prize. I asked if they had any discounts. I waited around for my e-mail like a chump but eventually they gave it to me.

Jury Duty

So I am waiting to see if I need to take a trip to Redwood City for Jury Duty. 
Hopefully I will not need to go. 

Have a bit of writers block for the Greatest Blog. 
Could write about the whole incident where I got into a tiff at the cashier at the CVS who was cashing in a lottery ticket. 
Normally I am good about letting people ahead of me but lottery patrons, no!!

8 Miles and Frozen

Ran 8 miles in Golden Gate Park. Was able to keep up with Gabby, Dan and Kate for about two miles but then ran out of steam.
Need to get to 220. 

Was invited to Frozen. Went to Costco to get movie passes.
