Spilled Pumpkin Lattee + My opinion of question and answer sections of

One of the things that I need to do more of is eat lunch with other people and be a part of it when the people I work with go for Starbucks. At least that is the advice in Never Eat Alone.
I got an IM from one of my coworkers asking if I wanted anything at Starbucks.
As we have free coffee at the office I wanted something seasonal, bad for you and complicated: Iced Pumpkin...

It never arrived, the fates had it spill in my coworkers car because someone else cut her off.
Made me think back to the late 1980's when something spilled in my Mum's red dodge and  it smelled.
Luckily it was cleanable. The next time they ask I should say something about this incident.

Returned my costume in Los Altos.

Had a VERY nerdy night when I went to see Guy Kawaski (the inventor of the Tesla Solar powered motorcycle)  in conversation with the fake steve jobs blog guy. The conversation was interesting but I HATE the qa portion of any event because 98% of the questions are
1) Pointless
2) Boring
3) Redundant
4) Combination of the above

My advice is to limit the Q&A to 5 minutes. LinkedIn did a good job at the event. Jokes were made at the expense of the Zune.

They asked if I read so and sos blog and to be honest, outside of my own blog (which I do not really read), I sometimes others if they go on and on about me. I am some sure some time traveling superior alien race is reading my blog right after they blow up the Death Star.
