The rest of my day...

On the way out of the post race Expo I walked back to the Marcusmobile.
Saw this woman whose legs were in revolt and I asked her if she needed a ride.

As we were both coming back from the race she accepted. Her friends car was parked along Lincoln. I noticed in the reflection that one of my headlights was out so I knew I wanted to get it resolved.

I am not watching the Superbowl but I just heard a bunch of people screaming. It would be really funny if I had a long range universal remote.

Now I heard more screaming. I wish I got this worked up about sports.

So on the way into the city to the Urban Diversion Super Bowl party I tried to go to an autoparts store in Pacifica but the parking lot was way crowded so I went to the Outer Richmond and it was no more, no more.
Went to the Kragen at 3rd and Geary and was able to resolve my issue for $16 and that included washer fluid. Violated the rules by putting in the light myself in the garage.

As my Satellite Radio antenna has a frayed wire I went to Radio Shack to buy a radio antenna. The guys at that stores get their white shirts a certain shade of dingy yellow. Honestly give them black and red polo shirts. They did not have the antenna. I have no idea what they had.

As I am listening to the omnivore's dilemma I have decided to eat free range chicken and beef rather than any factory farm. It costs more, but once you hear what goes on, you will understand. Saw they had it at Trader Joe's in Northbeach.

Went to the Urban Diversion Super Bowl party but I was too out of it to be the life of the party people expect. I could not find a lamp shade to put on my head to dance a jig. It was nice seeing those people. One really odd thing happened. Some random person said, "Your the guy who is against gun control" and walked off offended. That was up there when the Rabbi got confused between the Washington and Bowie blade. I cannot imagine how this person got me confused with a member of the NRA unless I was taking the piss and he was not bright enough to figure it out.

I am happy that two of my heroes from the time in my life when I could wear a jersey and not look stupid got elected to the Hall of Fame. Perhaps I could go and bet on a videotaped game again.

I had this idea that the Super Bowl would make the stores like I am Legend but loads of other people had the same idea but I was in and out of the secret trader Joes. I did not want to brave Costco.

So I see from someones Facebook profile the Patriots lost. The New York Giants are Superbowl champs. This is followed by a new episode of House. This is the greatest day of TV ever for Big Tom.

Made a  really good dinner of Spinach and Steak (from Neimans Ranch) which is where Zeitgest gets their Beef.
