11.03 miles plus Limo Scavenger Hunt
The main focus of the day was running 11 miles. Went from the San Francisco Zoo to the DeYoung. Next weekend I have my second half marathon.
When I got to the DeYoung I decided to go into the rebuilt Richmond Safeway which is having a grand reopening. I was hoping they were giving out free gatorade.
One of the opposite of freds asked if he knew me. He thought I was one of the regional managers. I should have acted like I was on a secret mission of some sort. I mentioned I had run from the zoo. He then said he needed to lose weight and I gave him nutrition advice. If someone is eating bad stuff its really to make improvements.

For dinner I made Spinach, Garlic, Mushrooms and Chicken with sesame oil.
Decided to go to the Urban Diversion Limo Scavenger Hunt. I had been scarce as of late. It was a fun night. I was wearing a gold cross and the security guard (at a different Safeway) thought it was a fine piece of bling. They probably thought I had spent a good amount on it.
Frank Chu's story is WAY more believable than this.
