Rain Run Ice Cream Volleyball
My sister Andrea called to tell me about a show on the Food Network where a Southern Cook was making some sort of Hamburger with Krispy Kreme Doughnut as the bun. It is the anti of the hamburger I made last week.
If people around the world think of Americans as bloated and slothful I must admit that the evidence is pretty clear.
Speaking of Slothful, I went to Costco to get in before the queues. As we were waiting outside in the wind I talked to the patrons about being attacked by Zombies.
They should put heat lamps in the awning outside of the store but I do not think Costco is that concerned about making it a pleasant shopping experience.
(BTW It is pouring. I doubt today will have me going to the park for a picnic...)
The weather forecast was one that you would share with random strangers. I do not like Umbrellas but I do like that song except when that other guy shouts random things.
I went for a six mile run mostly around Gellert Park. It put me over the 800 mile mark.

Killed some time from the rainy streets in Cafe Prague and I imagined I was in some dreary city.
Lauren Dunn was having her second annual Chinese New Years party. According to the Things White People Like Lauren is

We will be getting the volleyball team together for another season and then we will go to Plutos. I like it because you can get separate checks and you are not expected to tip.
One of the pictures below is a guy on BART eating a dish of ice cream. I remember the woman eating soup. I do not mind if someone is eating a power bar but if you are being Sticky Stanley then that is made of wood.
The pictures at the very end were McDonalds ads aimed at the Chinese community. When these communities adopt a more Western Diet of industralized, corn fed, hydroganated oil food they have an increase in heart disease.
Here is the guy that is eating ice cream on BART.
