Speed Test

After a frustrating start and some moving some furniture around I am really impressed with Comcast High Speed Internet.
I went to buy the service at Best Buy and I think the guy at the store used the same terminal used by Gary Coleman on the Simpsons

They had no record of it so I was going to say the hell with it and stick with DSL.

Then last night I called Comcast and after some back and forth, I got the service added but could not get it working. I think I am more Internet Savvy than most so I tried again and got it to work but the cable was in the other room. Had issues getting the wireless router going and I had the idea of drilling through the wall but thought better of it.

So I moved my desk and computer out of my chamber and into my living room for the most moves since I moved in 1998.

Went to the UPS store to mail big Tom his cave prize. When you send a gift to a normal person you take off the price tag but he would enjoy the fact that I paid $3. He will ask if they were any others.

Ran at the Lake at a pace I was very happy with my pace (9:36)

As a dork I did a speed test between DSL and Cable and Cable was 4X faster!!!! So after seven years I cancelled Earthlink which is slow. I am canceling my home service as well.
