The last few races I have gone to have given me coupons for the Sports Basement.

Wanted to go running but Ocean Beach looked like Yoda's home planet and I was more looking for Endor.

 

Made my way to the Presidio for a three mile run as I am taking tomorrow as a rest day.

At the sports basement I got some running socks because I was tricked into believing that would make a difference.

 

Lately my life has reflected the first few chapters of the fifth Harry Potter book. The book on CD is skipping.

 

One of my favorite songs by the Clash is "Lost in the Supermarket". That only happened once in the last few years. I think I will add that to my iPod Nano.

I am not at this point getting an iPhone but I do have two iPods. The second one I got was the Nano for the whole Nike + thing. I should be on the commercial.

Up to 306 miles for the year. No reason I cannot get to 600 miles by the time of the time change.

 

Had a chimay and a Pizza in the Presidio. Odd place for a fancy pants place. A Burrito joint would do better closer to the water.

 

The Bargain Bank on Clement is closing so I am sad. One of my favorite spots for slumming. I do not like Big Lots nor do I like dollar stores.
