June Run.
With the Filmore Street festival and the donation of a pint of blood, I wanted to have tomorrow off from running so I finished my running for the month of June with a run of 4.81 miles.
My total for the month of June was 60.13 miles at a pace of 10:47 per mile.
I ran more in May 72.34 miles but my pace was much slower at 11:42 per mile
I have not set my July goal.
