4th

After running a 5K in Golden Gate Park in the morning I spent most of the fourth of July wandering around the city (Russian Hill/Marina/Fishermans Wharf)

Many of my favorite places were closed like the store that sells British goods on California Street.

I have my eyes open for Nike + fred containers that are on sale.

As I always would prefer to walk further then have an easy drive away I parked on Jackson and Van Ness.

Saw loads of dogs including a couple of standard poodles.

While in Fisherman's Wharf a truck was giving away six packs of this green tea type beverage with some sort of odd sugar substitute. I am always amazed at what people will do for things that are "free". I do not queue up on Pancake day or go to the Zoo on free day. I do enjoy free movies for people named Marcus and I think that is a good way to promote your cinema.

After the Urban Diversion Lua I went to see the fireworks but even before they got started I was thinking I did not want to be in the crush of humidity and so I split.
