Despite the worst Burrito ever a good day

To start off with I had a really good day so when I describe some of the details you will not think that I am someone who put a bunch of olives in his mouth when expecting grapes.

Went to the Oyster Festival at the Fort Mason area.

I only had a couple of beers because tomorrow I am running bay to breakers AND they had long queues for the porta potties.

As I was running I was not going to have any oysters as that is unpredictable food item.

So I saw they were selling burritos. Since I have been living in California the Burrito has been consistently a food item of beauty with its simplicity and they are always consistent, fairly inexpensive and filling. I saw that a booth run by a local Taco joint was vending burritos to the festival goers that were not partaking in Oysters. I am not a snob. I LOVE Taco Trucks. I ordered a vegetarian burrito. First off it was small and much more offensively cold. It was pre-made. I would have been happier with Taco Bell or even a frozen (but micro-waved) one from a 7-11. There was no excuse for this vile burrito. It should not have existed. I would give a review on Yelp but they do not allow for negative stars.

(I did have a good day)

Next item this guy had a bulldog who was able to ride a skateboard. Typically I think tricks are very bourgeois but this was cool. I would show you the video BUT I forgot my camera battery.
(This was not the same dog nor were they playing Sk8ter Boi)

It was a good festival with perfect weather (a little chilly for most but not for me) and I had a really good time. This is one of the points in the blog when I do not go into further detail.

Tomorrow is Bay to Breakers and I am picking out the songs for my run. I will have ALOT of gadgets such as my iPod, my digital camera and my phone.
