Run up Hills
The vast majority of my running has been flat. Very few hills to speak of.
Makes a slight difference.
Anyway I went to the Marina for Fleet Fred (Feet) Tuesday night run.
The sign in the window had us going on a five mile run which is more than I wanted to go but they changed the sign to a more reasonable 3.2 miles.
We ran up Lombard and I thought I was going to add to my pie chart but I made it. Social Pressure is a positive thing.
They do not charge but when I have to buy new fred containers, I will be going to this store.
In the next twelve days I have to run 19.8 miles with seven coming on Sunday with Bay to Breakers.
I spoke to my neighbor down the hall and she was asking me for fitness advice. As you know, I enjoy being asked for advice. I would have to say that is my hobby. I told her that working with a nutritionist is worth it. I have a long way to go to be where I want to be.
While in the Marina I bought some quinoa.
