Some random thoughts

Ran 2.02 miles prior to starting toiling. If I leave my compound at 7:15 I am made of wood sitting in traffic. If I leave at 6:30 I get a nice run in the morning. 

At lunch they had Pakistani food and some cameras from the Today show. They did a good job on the Pakistani food (chana masalla etc) 

I signed up for the walk of the Bank of America building which is a bit different.
