Continental Airlines...
So my Sister and my Mum have traveled to Houston to visit family deep in the heart of Texas.
I am grumpy with Larry Kellner Continental Airlines as he lost my Mothers luggage. Normally this is not a big deal and you end up going to a Sears Surplus with a $100 voucher but this is a major mistake.

We did the Video Conferencing thing and I recited lines and plot lines from Star Wars Episode IV. Andrea could not understand the concept of prequels.
