Marcus Runs a 12 K

I got up insanely early to get a parking spot for the 12K. We had
shuttle busses taking us to the North Bay start.
I mentally broke the run into three runs 2.7, 2.75 and 1.3 but I did
not stop as it is hard for me to start again.

So far I have run 81.8 miles towards my goal of 100 miles so I should
break that in about a week or so.

My next big race is Bay to Breakers.
