Perspective
Much of life are minor details that in the long run do not matter that much.
Woke up late and took the 280 as I do not enjoy sitting in traffic. Gas is $3.24 a gallon and there is no reason. I would take the shuttle but I get motion sickness. This would prevent me from going up in the Space Shuttle again.
I did not know the PLANET Pluto had three moons. I still consider Pluto to be both a dog and a planet and I sit in disagreement with many learned scientist.
Had lunch with Gwen at Plymouth. I am focusing back on the spinach/protein that I had success with in the past and will avoid calorically dense breakfast foods. Of course I am avoiding juices and sodas.
Saw Alison and the recent events in her life put everything going on in mine in perspective. What happened will happen and it is part of the order of things but makes it no easier.
Ran 2.53 miles in the evening. Tomorrow is 2.55 miles.
