Lost (and found) Keys and trick knees

Saturday run had us in Golden Gate Park. Ran from the Park Chalet to the end of the pan handle.
My wireless headset was very intermittent. 

On the way back saw a key on the ground that looked familiar. Turns out that my key had fallen out and I was luckily able to recovery it.

Had ART then went to coffee in Java Beach (Zoo Side) and then it got interesting.
As I walked from the coffee shop to my car my knee started hurting and hardly had any range of motion. 

Instead of Santacon (was not planning on it as that is something you need to clear your schedule), the Gym or the Hanukkah party was on the coach watching the Goonies. 

Have always wanted to be on the show "While you were out" and Heather made it happen on a small scale. 
Even with a hurt leg, a good day...
