Sourcecon 2012 in Dallas

Got back from my short trip to Dallas for Sourcecon 2012 and wanted to write down some thoughts.

Far and away the most valuable thing for me was the sourcing labs. It is always good to get a fresh sense on new tools, trends and methods to find candidates.
