6.5 on a Sunday

It was overcast which was fitting. I did not have a hangover as I took the best hangover prevention known, not drinking. Simple but very effective.
Went for a run from near Stern Grove to the Safeway in the Outer Richmond and back along Sunset. I doubt Eric Clapton wrote any songs about that.

Felt good as I logged 6.5 miles. Need to step it up as I have three to four half marathons.
It clears my head. Reverse hangover. Good distraction. Better than playing the lottery which is fun and rewarding!!

I must hand it to Urban Diversion. I was very much in need of distractions this holiday weekend and they followed through all three days. (even though I was not in a party bus state of mind last night)
Julia, Jessica and Sara all did a good job the past year.
Turns out Julia Kerntz was in probably the most specific rock group in the history of music.

Gave advice from my sage viewpoint to some of the booth workers.

Turns out ALLEN TOUSSAINT wrote among other songs, "Southern Nights" which was made famous by Glen Campbell.

Saw Iron Man in Daly City and I almost got impatient with the ticket taker but remembered my time working at a cinema.

Later I did get impatient with my cell phone for being slow in delivering text messages.
