Richmond/Sunset

First off while I was around the outer Sunset/Richmond I came across a book called "Buddy Unchained"

Made me think of all the rescued/stray/adopted dogs I have been friends with over the years. 

I ran 11 miles with Athletic Endurance which is the third longest I have ever run. So far for 2008 I am at 490 miles, not counting my 5.5 lost miles. 

I need to hire someone to run those 5.5 miles in my iPod and sensor. 

The 11th mile was tough. I was kind of out of it the rest of the day.

It was an overcast kind of day.
