Kites and Hippos and Sex & The City/Golden Girls...

Rue McClanahan was 51 in 1985 when the Golden Girls came on the air. Kim Cattrall is 51 in 2008 with the release of the Sex and the City movie.

I am not saying the women in Sex and the City are old but I think what society defines has changed and that is probably a good thing. I guess 40 is the new 37.

In the 1980's George Foreman was considered ancient but now the heavyweights are mostly older.

Ran three garbage miles for some silly reason and I my knee got a bit tight.
While running I saw a kite like the Spaghetti Monster on the loose and I caught it and started running with the kite and gave it back to the kite flier.

It was a hard three miles.

So it was my turn to buy the beer and I wanted to see what shitty food I could buy and if they would eat it. I got Pringles and Oreos which they ate but Lance brought a Keg so I have beer/cider for tomorrow.

It turns out that Hippos are dangerous. Also worms do not like sandpaper.

I may be reading my poems from the 1980's next week.
