Christmas 2011 in Churchton

Went to Churchton on Christmas. I am guessing some people are onto as far as my idea of traveling on Christmas as the plane was full. (I like flying with no one in the middle seat. I always wonder about the planning ability of these middle seat sitting people)
Clams were as challenging as the rental car desk at Hertz. It was like they were both dipped in some sort of glue.

Over the course of the trip we debated the justification for having a crew of 29 on the Edmond Fitzgerald and if they were going from Wisconsin to Cleveland, why did they have a cook and a crew of 29. A radio station was playing 24 hours of the Beatles and I drove in silence as I did not have a cord and did not want to listen to Mariah Carey's christmas song.
We also discussed the amount of time the Beatles were in America before they were on the Ed Sullivan show. The Beatles arrived in February of 1964.

Went to Costco which was empty. In addition they did not sell beer, wine or liquor which is odd. We also went to a store that used to be a Safeway in New Carolton.

Hung out on the dock with Cosmo and Stelly. Ran twice. Easier to run when its chillier.

Dreams about the future

I dreamt that I was frozen and woke up 300 years in the future.
A few things
-Lifespans were greatly increased due to Stem Cell Treatments so people I knew were still alive
-People lived on Moons, Asteroids and other planets due to Genesis technology (from Star Trek II)

Broken Glass and spicy Chicken

When I got back to the Marcusmobile I saw that someone was nice enough to smash the back windshield of the car.
Amazingly they did not steal any of my cassette tapes or V8 Juice.

As I was near Costco Was able to find a box to put most of my broken windshield. If you want a good business be an after hours glass repair place.
(The Greatest Blog provides for business ideas!!)

When I got back to Clown Colony placed a towel over my back windshield and was thankful nothing was stolen or it was not raining.
Got a quote lower than my insurance so took it to Save On Glass. It turned out it was a few blocks from where my back windshield was smashed.

Was going to run at the Park Chalet but that plan changed and I was not able to start a run from the glass place so I started from the Zoo to the middle of Golden Park with a stop at Park Chalet where I saw Jenny Sweinburg and Isaac at the same table as I saw them on my Sunday run. Saw a puppy named Chewie.

Before going to the Pharcyde show at Yoshi's had Korean with Heather. Ordered a chicken dish and the waiter wisely advised me to order something as it was quite hot.
Due to an error, I was given what I was originally ordered and several people came over to tell me that I could get what I ordered or take this and get 50% off,
Was spicy, quite good, but spicy.

Was glad to be outside. Enjoyed the Pharcyde show that reminded me of this entry in Stuff White People like

Marcus fails economics

One of the first things they teach you in economics is the time value of money
Today I failed. I bought supplements at Costco. Turns out they were not the ones on sale so I went back to my house (which is 1.5 miles away) and drove back to Costco as the other brands had about $15 in coupons.
So I returned the items and then discovered that even with the coupons my original purchase was still the best buy so I repurchased the ones that I had just returned.
