Yesterday was a damn good day even if I lost a windshield wiper

As the subject suggests, yesterday was a damn good day. 

Woke up and made the decision to let go of some nonsense issues that had been bugging me. 

Drove into the first session of the training program, weather was perfect, sunny, little chilly, everyone else was complaining about temperature but me. 

Every session starts with a timed two mile run to calibrate. Felt good, cardio, legs felt strong. Somehow I made it to turn around at 8:03 and finished at 16:15 which was the fast two miles I have run since 1988. 

Was elated, all of the shitty runs in the rain, all of the little things paid off.

Was in a really great mood. Made my way to the Ranch Opposite of Fred of Lombardi's where they had IPA's. 

With old friends and new made our way to Nicks Crispy Taco and then the Buccaner, Molly Stones, Boom Boom Room and the Brunos. 

Also a foam roller was purchased. 

Recorded the podcast and then had the best Turkey in the history of the world. 

Walked back to the Marcusmobile and then on the way to Daly City but then one of the wipers fell off.
