The Best saag paneer ever

This past weekend I went to Maryland to visit my family. So everyone stopped with the insane heat, Earthquakes, floods, hurricanes and it was actually quite nice.

We ate outside and it takes quite a bit for Maryland Blue crabs to be second. 

One of the guest brought some homemade Saag Paneer and I have had Indian food all over the world (but mostly in cheap places in San Francisco) and this was far and away the tastiest Saag Paneer I have ever had. 

My Dad, who has put Indian food and Spinach food in the same category as Green Eggs and Ham but he was digging it.
