So it is a new year and all of those self improvement things always suggests the learning of new words and working them in conversations.

So the word of the day from

is Shilly Shally which means To vacillate; to dawdle.

I am going on a hike today in Marin and I am guessing many of the people will be running late. With everyone who is on time assembled I will say, I hope they do not Shilly Shally. Then I will go on about what I meant and how they should be striving to improve their vocabulary.
