As I may have mentioned, I am dog sitting in Palo Alto for the next week for Raider and Brando. I know more Steeler fans than Cardinal fans so I may root (or feign interest) in the play of the Steelers.

So instead of driving the Marcusmobile I will be driving the Prius which does not have Sirius or a jack for an iPod so it is like driving to Oxon Hill and listening to the Wall with John (and then we wonder why we would be bummed out)

While at the library, I decided to get a book on CD to make the time driving around productive rather than listening to mattress commercials and Jonas Brothers songs on radio Disney.

The CD I picked up was about not complaining for 21 Days. That got me thinking how many of my thoughts towards those that put their cigarettes on the ground and the towel offenders at 24 Hour Fitness are not helping me out that much. I am not going to wear a purple braclet but will make an effort to complain less.My thoughts about other drivers being either maniacs on a death wish or idiots does not change their behaivour.

 

On another note I am about 50% through my annual no drinking for two months. Being on the wagon for two months makes drinking more enjoyable when you spend the ten months off the wagon.
