Here are twenty five random things about me

1. 1)I enjoy the process of donating blood.
   

2. 2)I used to be afraid of red jello
   

3. 3)My favorite book is Confederacy of Dunces
   

4. 4)The day my Ford Pinto was stolen from my high school parking lot was the first time I used a cell phone.
   

5. 5)I was blamed for the breakup of the Beatles.
   

6. 6)My longest tenure at any job was at the Gap I worked with and met some pretty good folks, some of which may be reading this...
   

7. 7)I have gone to Australia twice, New Zealand, Belgium and Italy on United miles.
   

8. 8)When I was a kid, I was afraid of dogs. It was not until Noel arrived did I become a fan.
   

9. 9)I did the news for a college radio station in West Virginia
   

10. 10) I wrote a column for The Daily Athenaeum in the mid 1990's.
    

11. 11) Not much of a gambler. Makes me anxious. if I do gamble, its craps. Slot machines and lottery tickets are for people who do not understand math.
    

12. 12) I do not consider myself to be cheap, but I am frugal.
    

13. 13) I won an essay contest at my library a few years ago but based on my handwriting, I think I won the Children's division.
    

14. 14) If I go to a movie theater I like to sit on the aisle.
    

15. 15) I cannot blow bubbles (with bubble gum)
    

16. 16) I do not know how to drive a stick shift (ask John)
    

17. 17) Started running again in 2007 as I was working at Google which has AMAZING food and I was concerned that without that I would be on one of those shows. My goal is not speed but to continue. It clears my head and I am glad I started on that again.
    

18. 18) If you want to get on my good side laugh at my jokes and make me think I am clever.
    

19. 19) I do not relate to any political party. I am optimistic and hopeful that Obama will be a good president but he has tremendous challenges ahead.
    

20. 20) Part of me thinks we will find life on alien planets in the near future. If it is intelligent, this will change everything, and I hope for the better (or they will enslave us to break big rocks into small rocks) I follow the number of extrasolar planets.    Not a big fan of tang.
    

21. 21) In the past couple of years I have taught myself how to cook for myself. It is way better for yourself and way cheaper. Mostly stuff in a wok. Also like making stuff in a juicer.
    

22. 22) If you are ever tasked with buying me beer, go for obscure and avoid light beers as that is the work of the Devil.
    

23. 23) To give myself a break from being connected I will leave my cell phone at home. This sometimes causes issues if I miswrote the address of where I am supposed to go.
    

24. 24) I will be skipping my 20th High School reunion to play in the Kickball thing in Vegas in October.
    

25. 25) My Ultraman tattoo on my left arm chained the course of quite a few peoples lives.
