A nice afternoon.

One of the things that I have to personally work on is letting go of expectations. For example when my volleyball team decides not to show up. I would get annoyed/grumpy and take it as some sort of vast conspiracy against me but in reality people are flaky. Some people have perfectly legitimate reasons that I will not discuss here but others well are flakes. Once I released expectations things worked out well as I ended up playing with randoms. Like Stephen Stills said about playing about those that you are with.

Ran three miles in Crissy Fields. I saw among other dogs, two standard poodles which equates being a good day. I talked to them about their dogginess. I also some nice dogs in front of sports basement.

Not being invested into any political candidates, I have enjoyed the insane explanations on how Sarah Pallin is a good choice for vice president. Anyone who believes in Intelligent Design, anything else that comes out of their mouth will be tagged with silly.
