Noel the time traveling Standard Poodle...

A new month. It has been a month since a not very bright Marcus went running after donating blood. 

Lots of stuff has been going on this month and it reflected on the quality of my runs. My legs felt shot. 

Ran into not one, but two standard poodles which is good. One of them looked like Noel but sadly was not a stray.
