Not a bright idea....

It was April Fools Day so I was expecting jokes from the Howard Stern show (Ralph on an ISDN line LAME) and Google (they did not disappoint and I am totally going to Mars)

Now here is probably the stupidest thing I have done in a while.

I donated blood (not a big deal, I try and do this six times per year....) Tried to chat up the woman who was in the white lab coat.

Later in the day I had a run scheduled. Felt good at first, at first. Then going up a hill I understood why they tell you not to exercises the day you donate blood.
Cut the run short. You could see where I hit the wall by looking at the graph.
