Good Runs and then tonights run...

They are days when I am running in Golden Gate Park or along the great highway or the Marina Green at a nice sub 10 minute pace for a good six miles.
The weather is nice and I am seeing the sun set over the Golden Gate bridge. I see cute dogs and they say hello as they know I am friend of the dogs.

Then they are days/runs like this where the weather, the day light and the dogs are not Marcus supporters.
(In Crown Colony they do not allow dogs over twenty pounds so we have loads of these yappy dogs, they are smaller dogs that I like but outside of Drew's dogs and Trudy? I think most of the dogs are not cool)

Even though I left toil I was in traffic for no apparent reason. It was raining and I did not feel like going to the 24 Hour Fitness.
Got enough motivation to go out for a run after talking to Andrea about the snow. She did not go watch the Redskins and eat chicken wings.

I ran 2.6 miles and it was made of wood. Half was indoors in the too hot gym and the other half was in the rain. My pace was 9:40 which is good. I am now up to 610 miles.
