By the way, the other day, I overheard a woman say, “I don’t gamble, I just buy lotto tickets.”

Gwen, a regular reader and someone who bases their life on my choices, was getting the covers of her opposite of fred digits painted when she heard one of the other patrons say, "I don't gamble, I just buy lotto tickets."
At first I was angered upon hearing this person that was so stupid but then it made me feel fuzzy.
The lottery is 1) an idiot tax and 2) a tax for people that are bad at math.
People should have more lottery options.
