Boots

As I stated earlier, I am doing one of those boot camp things where they make you run around in circles. In theory I have the knowledge to run around in circles but without it being scheduled and then the social pressure I would get made of wood and then say this is boots and then go down the pub where I would watch the game and reach out to 50. (this is a reference to an earlier post)
After getting warmed up we ran to Charleston park where we ran around the .3 mile course and then would do some sort of activity in the middle. I was the slowest of the group (and I am guessing the most senior of the class) but it turns out that many of the people have done the class before and I should not be glum or think that I am boots.
I did talk to some of the others about the importance of scheduling in actually doing something.
This class is Monday, Wednesday and Thursday through the month.
It was nice as when I left Mountain View there was not much traffic (compared to if I Fred Flinstoned out down the Dinosour at 5 PM when the whistle blew) and I listened to the wrap up show go on about the Gas leak in New York which got me thinking this morning. Satellite Radio is worth it. I cannot understand how people have fancy cars and then listen to commercial radio. I can understand if you are homeless, deaf or insane.

I told the fitness instructor about the Cambodian Midget Fighting league versus the lion.
